Each year, NYSHTA recognizes outstanding individuals from the state’s hospitality and tourism community for their hard work, ​dedication, and positive impact on the industry.

On October 27, 2025, NYSHTA held its 2025 Stars of the Industry Awards at The Otesaga Hotel in Cooperstown. The event kicked off with a cocktail reception, followed by dinner and the Stars of the Industry awards ceremony.
