Newsletter
Upon joining NYSH&TA, you will receive one complimentary business-card-sized
ad in the association’s newsletter, Focus, which is distributed
to 1,500 plus tourism industry executives and produced nine times a year.
In addition, NYSH&TA also has a special “Allied Member” issue
of Focus. Become an Allied Member and have your complimentary article
or advertisement published in this expanded issue, along with your contact
information and company logo.

Do you need the names and addresses of decisionmakers in the industry?
NYSH&TA can provide you with its extensive mailing list via e-mail,
free of charge.

All Allied Members receive a free listing on NYSH&TA’s Website
and a link to your company’s Website. The listing
is located in the Buyers’ Guide section of the Website.
Buyers’ Guide & Membership Directory
The Buyers’ Guide identifies the products and/or services you offer
to all NYSH&TA members. For maximum exposure within this directory,
your company will be listed alphabetically and also by the product and/or
service you provide. This guide is distributed free-of-charge to NYSH&TA
members to use as a valuable resource when purchasing products
and/or services.
Exhibiting Opportunities
NYSH&TA’s Annual Conference is our largest association event
where you can network with hospitality and tourism professionals. In
addition to providing you ample time to become acquainted with potential
customers, the conference also features an Allied Member Trade Show where
you can publicize your business.
NYSH&TA is a tri-owner of the IH/M&RS, which draws more than
1,500 exhibitors and 55,000 attendees. Held each November at the Jacob
K. Javits Convention Center in New York City, the show is a great place
for you to interact with your peers and network with consumers. Allied
Members receive one complimentary admission to the show.
