Every Spring, NYSH&TA holds its Annual Conference where members mix business with pleasure. The two-and-a-half-day conference, held in a different region of the state each year, allows members to conduct Association business in addition to enjoying fun-filled entertainment. Some of the key activities that NYSH&TA members participate in during the Annual Conference are a Board of Directors’ Meeting, Annual Meeting of the Members, an Allied Sponsored Trade Show, education sessions, panel discussions, and the Stars of the Industry Gala and Awards Banquet.
2007 Keynote Speaker Peter C. Yesawich Emerging Lifestyle and Travel Trends: Implications for Marketing the Empire State Internationally known for his insight on tourism issues, PETER C. YESAWICH, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Yesawich, Pepperdine, Brown & Russell (YPB&R), will deliver the keynote address at this year’s Conference. Yesawich, a well-respected spokesman of the tourism industry, will address the most relevant findings from the Yesawich, Pepperdine, Brown & Russell/Yankelovich, Inc. 2007 National Travel Monitor, a nationally-projectable survey of the travel habits, preferences and intentions of Americans that is now in its 16th year. |
