NYSH&TA’s Annual Saratoga Summer Fundraiser was held on August 2-3, 2004, in Saratoga Springs, NY, to benefit the Fred and Gertrude England Hospitality Education Foundation. The first day of the fundraiser took place at Saratoga Race Course, where attendees enjoyed premier “At the Rail” seating and received tips from NYSH&TA’s very own handicapper Neal Benoit. Attendees took advantage of the beautiful summer weather on the second day of the event to hit the links at Saratoga Spa Golf Course. Congratulations to the winning foursome: Walt Birmann, Jack Winstrom, Keith Mac Tavish, and Brian Wicks.
