The Annual Conference includes an Allied Member Sponsored Trade Show, education sessions, panel discussions, a Board of Directors Meeting, Annual Meeting of the Members, and the Stars of the Industry Gala and Awards Banquet.	Legislative Receptions are a great way to build relationships with local legislators across New York State and are vital when communicating issues that affect the hospitality and tourism industry.
The Annual Saratoga Summer Fundraiser is held to raise money for professional and student scholarships for the Fred and Gertrude England Education Foundation.	The Annual Tourism Showcase, held in Albany, is a chance for hospitality and tourism constituents to showcase their regions to local legislators across the state. It's also a chance for them to communicate issues that affect their regions.

The Stars of the Industry Gala and Awards Banquet where properties nominate their employees who demonstrate good work ethic, and contribute to a positive work atmosphere. Employees are nominated for awards in eight separate categories.
