NYsh&ta completes deal to acquire Empire state bed & breakfast association
Following months of negotiations, a deal was reached for NYSH&TA to accept ESBBA members. This partnership results in a stronger voice statewide in the areas of advocacy and promotion for independent lodging facilities with less than 20 rooms.

WEBINAR ON WORKPLACE DRUG AND ALCOHOL TESTING
This webinar (Jan. 29), free for NYSH&TA members, will address current issues in workplace drug and alcohol testing, and will provide guidance to employers who are considering a drug and alcohol testing program as well as those who already test. Medical and recreational marijuana in the workplace pose particularly difficult challenges for employers in light of recent court cases decided in 2017. Click to register.
