2011 Annual Conference

Hundreds of hoteliers and innkeepers gathered in Niagara Falls at the 2011 Annual Conference in May to hear from the industry’s most recognized speakers, to be entertained by dynamic presentations, and to network with the industry’s top suppliers.

Stars of the Industry

The Stars of the Industry Gala and Awards Banquet where properties nominate their employees who demonstrate good work ethic, and contribute to a positive work atmosphere. Employees are nominated for awards in eight separate categories.

Tourism Action Day

Tourism Action Day is held in Albany to unify the tourism community’s voice to our legislators. Tourism Action Day will provide a broad range of tourism professionals an opportunity to engage in discussion on issues affecting our state’s diverse tourism community.

Saratoga Summer Fundraiser

The Annual Saratoga Summer Fundraiser is held to raise money for professional and student scholarships to benefit the Fred and Gertrude England Hospitality Education Foundation.
