The New York State Hospitality & Tourism Association holds an
annual Saratoga Summer Fundraiser every July at the Saratoga Race Course, Saratoga Springs. The event benefits the Fred and Gertrude
England Hospitality Education Foundation - NYSH&TA's foundation branch,
which was created to assist in the educational development of hospitality students
by offering individual scholarships to member employees and/or their
dependents.
Below are highlights from the 2010 Saratoga Summer Fundraiser:

Saratoga Summer Fundraiser attendees enjoyed premier seating at the Turf Terrace Dining Room, located on the third and fourth floor of the Saratoga Race Course Clubhouse. The multi-level track side dining area offered a spectacular view of all the live racing action.
